bondaneka Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 I have just re-installed DCS A-10C after a very long absence from the original disc which reports as being version 1.1.0. I would like to install the patches to bring the installation up to date before I connect my new HOTAS (Thrustmaster Warthog) but I am a bit confused about which patch to start with and the sequence thereafter. Tried to search for a relevant post but the search facility reported an error. Advice gratefully received. Many thanks.
cichlidfan Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 There is no patch, or set of patches, to bring that up to date (it is likely version 1.1.0.7, btw). DCS has changed a great deal since that was published. Now the A-10 is a module of DCS World. You will need DCS World from here (no key needed) http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/world/dcs_world/ and the A-10 module from here (your old key will work). http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/modules/dcs_a10c_warthog/ ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP!
