golfsierra2 Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 A-7 Corsair II I think carrier wars would be great too. But I guess impossible since there are no American planes from the 80s that are 1 seater and meant for specifically dogfighting (no AG radar) OK, I know that this bird was not designed for dogfight, it's a bomber, however I think it would be fun flying it from an US carrier and it fits the time period of LO and FC (mid 1980ties) kind regards, Raven.... Alfa Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 OK, I know that this bird was not designed for dogfight, it's a bomber, however I think it would be fun flying it from an US carrier and it fits the time period of LO and FC (mid 1980ties) Eh?.... Although there is no specific timeframe in Lock-on, the mid 1990ies would be a better bet ;) . Aside from the fact that several of the countries represented in Lock-on didnt exist in the 1980ies, quite a few of the high profile "objects" didnt either.....such as the Kuznetsov and the Su-33 to name a couple :) . Cheers, - JJ. JJ
