Mouse and configuration screen bugs

Just updated to 1.2.8 today and it looks like some bugs have been introduced. When I use the mouse to turn up the instrument lighting I go to use the rotate mode and all the knobs snap to full intensity now. They weren't doing that before the patch. Also, one of our squad mates has a red x in the HUD from using his mouse and his Track-IR views get all messed up.

 

There's also a bug in the configuration screen on the first panel. When I try to enter my screen resolution and aspect ratio I get a gray box around the values and it won't stay set like it did before the patch.
