Trying to adjust the sensitivity of the Thrustmaster Hotas Micro stick using TARGET GUI software

I am working on a Profile for the F-15C, I want to use the micro stick to control the Target Designator on the Radar Screen.

I have tried several things to try and reduce the sensitivity of the micro stick but the target designator is still moving too fast.

It's better to use the DCS input config. You can edit the axes and change either the slope (center will be slow and edges fast) or you can scale the sensitivity down altogether.

@ Zahry

Im currently using the DCS input config, you are right, it does provide a smoother target designator.

Im try to use the TARGET sotware because it allows for more Macro type inputs for other buttons on the Hotas

But if I cant get the Micro stick to work properly I will probably go back to the DCS input

I share your pain because I too had a lot of problems with setting the microstick to the slew function using the in-game configuration.

To me, the problem was too much or too little sensitivity and, moreover, the lack of an acceleration similar to the one you get when using a digital command like the comma, semicolon and period Keys.

The solution to me was to use the TARGET softawe and simply program these Keys to the microstick axis and voilà! Problem solved. I can now get the acceleration to cover longer distances and at the same time maintain fine control when I need to lock up a target.

That's what worked for me.

Hope I helped. :pilotfly:
