REDEYE_CVW-66 Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Hey all. Like Heinzknocke just posted, I too am an avid CloD and ww2 fan. However, I find that modern sims give a different kind of buzz and provide a lovely change of pace from the battlefields of 40's Europe. Additionally, I find that the best ways of learning is to fly with more experienced blokes online and learn by doing. As I am committed to Air Combat Group in CloD, I don't have time for for any hardcore commitment, but it would be nice to know in which end to start learning the FC bird in a relaxed and friendly virtual environment. Does anyone have any tips or is anyone able to point me in the right direction? Cheers!
REDEYE_CVW-66 Posted May 25, 2014 Author Posted May 25, 2014 Thats great, and I have found the vids as well as a few great clips online. Still, one thing is reading about it, but I find that learning by doing with experienced wingman accellerates learning tenfold, not to mention it is great fun in the process. In clod there is a small but vibrant and dedicated MP community- I would image that there is one here as well? Somewhere?:) I have seen some groups flying P-51's but I have that one covered through ACG- I am more interested in flying F-15's and A-10 a's for now, since I don't have a spare life to learn the A-10c sufficiently;) Just kidding. Cheers!
