Attach sound to an animation?

Hey guys, can anyone assist me with any tips or guides on how to attach a sound file to a 3D model in DCS?

 

I have an idea for a new 3D object that I've enlisted somebody's help to create, but we just need some guidance with how to get it to create a custom sound in DCS.
