Somehow I have lost the ability to reset my password and am not receiving the emails. I cant get into my account to play online. This account also has all of my modules linked to it.

 

I have sent an email to tech support sat morning. Still awaiting on a response.

 

Anyone know who to contact to get this resolved?

Have you verified that the activation e-mails do not end up in the spam box? Also note that they might be interpreted as social media or a promotion (advert), in which case they also do not end up in the main box.
