How to Activate BS2 Upgrade w/Russisan BS1

Hey all,

 

I just tried reinstalling BS2 after some time off the SSD.. Well I ran into a small problem with the Activation.. Well I put in a Ticket to ED who had responded rather wuickly this time and here was the response and fix for Activating BS2 Upgrade from the Russian Version of BS1..

How to correctly install BS2 if BS1 installed on your PC: (you can see attached pictures)

Instruction:

1. Delete BS2 - from Module Manager.

2. Launch installation BS2 again and when select components window appeared choose DCS BS2 upgrade from BS1 international key

on next the window click Yes... it is just attention dialog box.

3. Start DCS World - start any mission and enter your key.

SF window should be named BS2 Upgrade

 

I figured I would share this info if anybody else ran into this problem in the future or whenever..
