How to work with task FAC helicopters

I would like to create a single player mission where there are allied helicopters that have a FAC and tell targets .... when helicopters pass near the enemy tanks do not report anything, how come?

By default, only your wingmen will call out targets to you. You can get the allied helicopters to call out targets but it's something you have to implement yourself in the mission builder using trigger zones and such.
