SU-25A and big radio problem with Kutaisi (Red Camp)...

In first I'm very sorry if it's a wrong place for this post but I've don't found the good place for the SU-25A.

 

I have one problem with the SU-25A and Kutaisi radio, if I create one mission where my SU-25A is "Red Camp" and my home base Kutaisi is "Red Camp" I can talk with the ATC during the rampstart, before the takeoff but when my SU-25A is in the air impossible to talk with ATC of Kutaisi, if I open the radio menu the name of Kutaisi is not display.

It's one big problem because when I'm in the air impossible to contact the ATC for landing, for obtain any informations, impossible to refuel or rearmed.

 

But if I create one mission with my SU-25A "Blue Camp" and my Kutaisi "Blue Camp" now I can talk with the ATC, during the rampstart and when I'm in the air.

If I want landing I can found the name of Kutaisi in the radio menu, please can you tell me if it's one bug because I think that I'm not the one to have this problem...

 

If it's one bug, ED please can you fix this problem with the future upgrade ?
