Game crashes when loading multiplayer

Hey guys hope you can help a friend of mine,

 

when he clicks on multiplayer (from the main menu) the program crashes instead of opening the server browser. Its a clean install and even tried wiping the saved games folder

 

Any help would be great, as for me, I'm flying alone now :cry:

Try repair DCS.

Any mods used? Inadequate version SweetFx can make startup crash.
