Cant connect to master server or module manager

Hi,

 

Im on the 1.2.8 did a repair and turned off my AV no go.

 

I tried to recover my password/reset still no go it say "something vent wrong sorry". When I try to login it say wrong master login/password same when I try to logon to module manager.

 

Are master server down? I did a tracert master.eagle.ru and got ping back
