A4 Gunsight controls

It'd be really helpful if you could assign the range and wingspan controls for the Sabre's A-4 gunsight to an axis as you can for the P51s K-14 sight. I know I can do stuff like assign bands to keystrokes as a workaround but it just doesn't do the job as well.
