group activate problem

Hi all

 

I'm trying to get a spawned infantry moving to a point 200 meters and then hold until a flag is on.

 

When spawned at map start, they run correctly to the point and wait

But if spawned later , they don't move at all :huh:

 

How can I solve this ? :helpsmilie:
