I used to think I knew how to land w/ out flying off the runway- not any more! I've also got some neat ideas about automating the generation of more interesting instant action / fast missions. I could leverage existing mission editor templates, and try writing my own small function (in Java or Perl) to auto-gen code in the DCS scripting language to smartly generate more advanced 'personality' for the fast missions. I did software work in the dot com bubble burst w pearl scripting to read 'templates' and turn them into more executable code and such. I gotta learn the scripting language for DCS better..
