Hey all,

in the checklist we are supposed to press "any Day-Night button" to check the warning lights.

Now, I´m a little stupid and have no idea what is meant by "Day-Night button", can you help me out here ?

The next question is more a DCS-W one.

I tried the first campaign mission and wondered if it is somehow possible to see the course/heading from each waypoint to the next one in the mission planner to write down a rough flightplan (like WP1 -> WP2 270° for 2 minutes @ 800km/h) instead of just guessing and using the position mark on the kneepad for fine-tuning ?

Thanks and greetings,

Wolf

I believe it means the little knob at the bottom of all the warning lamp panels. It pops up a mousewheel icon but if you click it it tests the lamps.

There is a ruler tool in the mission planer that you could use. But its kind uf inconvinient to use since everything has to be written down on a piece of paper and some ARK stations are not shown. Would be nice if the map and kneeboard would already show direction and distance for each waypoint.

Furthermore the ruler tool doesn't show magnetic heading, so you have to do some correction to get the correct values. Its kind of a guessing game, could never get my course to be spot on.
