Can not setup touchscreen as the non-primary monitor

I'm flying two monitors (touchscreen as secondary) last two or three years.

From yesterday the imputs I make on the touchscreen appear on primary monitor.

The TabletPC Configuration in Control Panel tool did not work correctly now.

 

Of course I can setup the touchscreen as primary and change the taskbar position but the big problem are the sim and Helios monitor configuration are now impossible.

 

I have read this article that match my problem and I've tryed the solution he suggest but seems to be a no go on my setup

I´ve deleted last Windows actualizations too, change drivers, tryed on another usb socket...

 

Anyone have had the same problem ? I need help

EDIT: Problem solved. The automated Windows Hardware Troubleshooting Tool did the trick in less than a minute... :unsure:
