All controls non responsive when entering a mission

I bought 2 new monitors today and moved my computer. After getting it all up an running, I edited my monitor.lua file to set up for the new monitors. Everything is working correctly except when I enter a mission, none of my controls will work. I can't even click the 'Fly' button on the briefing screen after loading into the mission (mouse moves etc, but the clicks don't work). TrackIR does work.

 

Any help would be great.

 

EDIT: The problem was my primary monitor. Needed it set to the left top monitor.
