DCS Org training?

Hello, I don't know where to look or post but I am looking for an organisation, group, or someone that can teach me how to play DCS properly. As well as learning Multiservice tactical brevity codes and proper radio discipline.

 

I don't know anyone nor do I know who to ask. So if you know someone that could guide me or find me tactical manual/s for me to learn I would really appreciate it. I had been playing sims my whole life and most throughout self learning, but I was never able to learn proper in terms.

That is the DCS community's squadron directory where most groups that have some kind of open recruitment posted a description with a link to their homepage. Good luck!

Thank you very much. I have been a old Lock On player and sim fan that never really 'played' with anyone. I will look into this link and see what I can dig up. :)
