Good question. I cant answer you this, but I think it loads the closest one, so what you can do is to fly around with it and test it on different locations and see which airfield you'll end up on. If you find out for yourself, please feel free to share it with us all.

 

Edit: If you have a waypoint set to an airfield you can cycle trough waypoints where your last one will be set to your end destination (probably home base/airfield) which you will see in ISL mode that changes automaticaly.

 

What you also can do, you call the desired airifeld where you want to land for inbound, when you get clear to inbound this will be the airfield to show up on your ISL first, once you change to ISL mode after youve called for inbound.
