Editor filter by date of origin.

As this sim develope and more and more units and equipment gets introduced, I wish for a Filter with accurate date of introduction of different equipment and units, to make it helpful for mission makers to make better missions.

But also make it possible to change this filter while editing, to make it possible to put in special or low number of better units, like many ( or some) countries have.
