FPS drop ground artillery effect

i'd like to know if someone found a solution to this old performance killer the ground artillery explosions that cause massive fps drop ? well i say artillery in general but it must be more specific, those cluster bomb like multi explosions over quite an important area, must be grad rocket or something...

Other than that the game run pretty smoothly that's a shame, it's there since the old lock on
