Altitude differences

Hi, guys!

 

I noticed something not right. The altimeter reads 39,900 feet, the altitude readout on the right MFD reads 42,418 feet. I'm using standard weather and the altimeter shows 29.92 in the small window on the altimeter. Please see attached. Thanks!

Could be a difference between BAROMETRIC and GPS HEIGHT
