Smokin Hole Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I prefer HDR off. But the colors are a bit outlandish. A nice workaround is to reduce my monitors saturation to 60% for DCS only. It looks great that way but I have to change the monitor settings each time. Is there a config file within DCS to accomplish the same thing? Thanks!
Blaze Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 (edited) You could tweak the hdr.lua (Config/Effects/PostEffects/hdr.lua), or try SweetFX. In addition, Mustang's DCS World environmental shaders mod is definitely worth installing. Makes a big difference. Smokin Hole Posted November 19, 2014 Author Posted November 19, 2014 Thanks Blaze. I'm avoiding over the counter mods and HDR. It's OK. I'll continue to use the AMD properties saturation setting on my monitor.
