F-15C - The right throttle/thrust is always at minimum

With the new update, my right thrust is always at minimum level in my F-15C.

 

In the "Control settings - Axis Commands" I have reassigned it again. There, everything seems to be fine, but in the game....

 

With my Warthog set, the right thrust gets "Joy_Z". Inverting also didn't solve the problem.

 

My left Thrust (="Joy_RZ") works perfectly.

 

All other planes are also working perfectly.
