Sometimes price for russian customers is less than half of the price for me! I have seen it with my own eyes, when I visited ED-shop using russian-proxy or vpn (I went up to check-in but did not buy anything yet). Now I have two questions: Q1. Is it legal to visit ED-shop using russian IP (proxy or vpn) and buy DCS-modules for "russian" (read: much lower) prices, even if I'm not from Russia? Q2. Is it legal to ask a fellow simmer from Russia to buy a DCS-module (for "russian" prices) with intention that he transfers then the key to me (living outside of Russia)?
