Would it be possible to include some get rid of the modern charts and have some things on the kneeboard that a typical world war II pilot would have in their cockpit?

A short list:

1. Checklist from Bedienungsvorschrift - at least the normal operating checklist's and maybe some of the emergency ones

2. Betriebsdatentaflen - this is the quick reference card for operating limitations

3. Map with the Luftwaffe fighter grid system

4. Approach plates or instructions (these were even hand written)

I have included an example Betriebsdatentaflen from FW-190D9 WNr 210079.

Also I added a USAAF approach plate from World War II. Our system was very similar to the Germans. The resemblance of the AFN-2 to a modern VOR/LOC/GS indicator is hard to miss.

Others please add to this list as required. The idea being to get a realistic kneeboard of reference material.

You can remove or move in different place the pictures from this folder:

\DCS World\Bazar\Terrain\Kneeboard

I delete them after each patch cause they are "replaced" by updater. They are useless for me and just get in the way of my personal pages and mission pages.

We should have a kneepad editor in DCS World options menu.

That would be fantastic. Thank You!

Does anybody have the normal checklist's?

I am looking for my copy of the Bedienungsvorschrift and until then, the ones out of the DCS manual will work.

It would be nice to have a map in the RLV Jägergradnetzkarte style too!
