Can we high power binoculars in stead of zoom?

I can look them up but I have seen video of F-18 pilots in Iraq using binoculars to identify ground targets. this could be really good for DCS since draw distance makes self identification of targets really hard from the cockpit.

I know that hog drivers used binocs a lot in the pre-TGP-era (Allied Force, Desert Storm). So yeah, it would be great to have them.

yeah but also for the su-25 and the T they really need it.
