Resetting a group of controls to default

1. While trying to figure out how to manually aim the door machine gun I cleared some of the entries for the UH1H Gunner group of commands (although I couldn't see any button or axis assigned to them). I wanted to know how to set these (only UH1H Gunner group) back to default without changing the rest of the key assignments. I'm totally new to this so a step-by-step detailed description would be appreciated.

 

2. I'm using trackIR aiming for the door machine gun. However I cannot see a crosshair or aiming sight when I switch to one of the door positions. I've tried this in the instant action "Target Practice" mission.
