I was wondering what is the best flying attitude and engine settings to obtain accurate radio compass readings?

 

it seems that excessive bank is not likeable in this one. also is there a way to turn off the compass? sort of a reset?

 

My navigation is as follows, set compass heading on turning tape with left mouse + right mouse and drag then let go. Is this the right way to do it? I can pretty much navigate fine in the western part of the map, but not beyond the mountains.

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
