Snap zoom view

Hi all,

 

I want to map the space key to a command that will snap zoom whatever cockpit view I'm in to a narrow FoV. I have trackir and basically want a key that will allow me to ID ground targets by sight without having to zoom all the way in with the * key and then back all the way out with the / key.

 

Is there some way to do this? Any advice appreciated.
