Home Fries Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 (edited) Similar to the P-51D and F-86, I would really like to see the frequencies for each individual channel on the R-828 FM Radio editable in the mission editor and updated in the mission. This would allow Ka-50s, Mi-8s (which have a different frequency mapping on their 828 ), UH-1s, A-10Cs, and anything with a FM radio to monitor the same frequency if a mission calls for it (e.g. TurboHog's JTAC missions). Currently, the only recourse we have is to modify the R_828.lua file, and we have to modify the original in the DCS World install (nesting another file in Saved Games\DCS won't work). If this is too much for now, then at the very least could we get the Ka-50 R-828 frequencies to match the Mi-8? This would at least allow some coordination for multiplayer missions and the mission designer wouldn't need to pull his/her hair out figuring out a common frequency. Thanks. P.S. A similar request exists for the Mi-8 as well. Edited January 15, 2015 by Home Fries -Home Fries My DCS Files and Skins My DCS TARGET Profile for Cougar or Warthog and MFDs F-14B LANTIRN Guide
