X55 h.o.t.a.s profile, problems with throttle, dcs bug?

Hi all,

 

Is there anybody who uses a hotas profile for the x55 which also makes use of the throttle?

 

My x55 hotas works fine, and everything works as it should in elite dangerous, including the throttle

 

For some reason in dcs i cannot assign the throttle +/- on keyboard to my throttle because i cannot select the x55 for throttle function (dcs does recognize the x55 because it is listed as input device, in the section for the throttle it is not selectable, while for other functions, such as pitch and roll the x55 is selectable??)

 

Is there a way to get the x55 throttle working in dcs?

Go to the options/mig 21/axis commands/(thrust) for the trottle

Thanks, i did that but it does not work, i select thrust and put it to RX or RY but nothing happens,

Yes,throttle full back,full forward and back again

You need to bind the function "Thrust" under the axis commands to the throttle of the HOTAS.

Just saw that you are using thrust.

 

 

In which situation did you try out the throttle?

Parked or in flight?

If parked you need to unlock the throttle first:

it works, i just needed to select Y for throttle (not RY)
