Hello,

I need some help with TM Hotas Warthog that I just installed.

I'm trying to use it with DCS A-10C.

First of all, do I have to add some specific configuration into DCS World or into TARGET GUI to have things to work properly?

I assumed TM Hotas Warthog was designed to work with DCS A-10C so I tried to use it without adding any specific configuration.

I do not know if thing are working properly but I noticed TRIM SWICH is actually controlling view panning inside the sim so I have some doubt.

I'm very confudes by the complexity of both DCS A-10C, both TM Hotas Warthog, so I please you to indicate a step by step config routine should any be necessery.

Thanks in advance,

L

The HOTAS Warthog is indeed "plug and play", but as you have noticed the trim hat is mapped to viewpoint by default. You can remap this in the DCS control menu.

First, delete all of the "view" assignments.

Navigate to the A-10C Sim "View" page, scroll down to the view functions, click on each view assignment to highlight, then click the "Clear" button to remove it.

Next, add your trim assignments.

Navigate to the A-10C Sim "HOTAS" page, scroll down to the trim functions, double-click an assignment to bring up the assignment dialog, actuate the appropriate key/button (in the case of the pictured example, trim hat left) and the assignment will appear in the "Key/Button" field. Click "OK", Repeat as necessary.
