Possible light source behind you other than the Trackir source.

Check in Trackir software that 1. no other light being detected behind you and 2. you are nice and square in the middle of the trackir camera.

It could be an errant light source effecting TrackIR as aceviper said. It could also be that you accidentally saved a new snap view for default view.

From a previous post concerning custom snap views:

I found the method to restore the default view.

*slew the desired view and zoom

*hit Ralt+0

*hit F1

Two other options are:

1. Uncheck "Enable User Snap-View Saving" in options

2. Delete C:\Users\>YOUR USERNAME<\Saved Games\DCS\Config\View\SnapViews.lua

It's a good thing that this is Early Access and we've all volunteered to help test and enhance this work in progress... despite the frustrations inherent in the task with even the simplest of software... otherwise people might not understand that this incredibly complex unfinished module is unfinished. /light-hearted sarcasm

I will have to try this out.

Tell me how it goes.

The easier option really is

*slew the desired view and zoom

*hit Ralt+0

*hit F1

I haven't tested this in years, so there me be addition steps.
