I think, back then, they matched the ED store accounts with the Kickstarter accounts by email address. And cases where there was a problem ... dunno, they solved it somehow. Somewhere buried in the WWII subforum you probably find a thread about it. Or perhaps you ask Sithspawn for assistance - he is quite involved in anything related to the WWII project.
