This is a redirected post from my original posted to the skinning forum. Since I have had no replies, I'm assuming this is a bug.

 

I'm putting together some USN FJ-3 Fury skins for the F-86, so they are all painted, as well as the pylons and fuel tanks. Problem is that when I add the line

{"F86_PYLONS", 0,"f-86f_pylons_usn", true},

I can only see the effects on the outboard pylons holding the 200 gallon tanks.

 

Here are some screenshots. I used a locator template (below) for the custom texture to make it obvious (i.e. if you see the locator template then it's correct). Problems are circled in red.

And here is the first screenshot with a full load of fuel tanks:

And the second screenshot with a AIM-9/Rocket loadout. The AIM-9 pylons are fine, but the rocket pylon remains metal.

I have searched both F86_PYLONS (mat name) and f86f_pylons (texture file) in the f-86f.edm and they have a one to one relationship, so I can't figure this out. This appears to be a bug, unless I am missing something.
