trouble turning while on the ground

It seems the turn radius is to big not allowing me to turn while taxing. it always goes off the taxiway. cant seem to turn tight enough. ive tried locking either left or right brake but cant seem to turn tight enough. anyone have any suggestions

Hold the S key while turning to unlock the steering nose gear. And be careful not to barrel roll across the Tarmac.
