Auto Hot Key Script- TM Warthog Throttle

Hey guys- I want to make a script so that my PTT button for TS (Mic Switch Up) also triggers Scroll Lock.

 

Can anyone help me with that? I am clueless as to determine how to do it- how to point the script to the proper device and button. I have the TM Warthog setup, saitek combat pedals, trackir5, and an xbone controller connected- so I am unsure how to tell the script which one to talk to.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
