Odd graphics glitch

Hey guys,

I have recently noticed a strange phenomenon in one of my campaign missions.

 

When attacking the A-50, missiles do not produce visible hits, instead only smalls puffs of smoke (one user reported reported huge black blotches) and debris are seen.

 

One user has also reported that the mission will crash in multiplayer unless he unpauses before entering the cockpit, though I have not personally experienced this.

 

I am not running any mods, though users running mods have also encountered the graphical hiccups.

 

Any ideas?
