PiedDroit Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 (edited) I wonder if that would be possible to increase the clickable area of the switches in the cockpit. When you click a switch you have to aim for the switch lever itself instead of the general area of the switch (the pivot is not clickable). This is problematic when you want to go quickly, especially when you want to move a 3 position switch (see picture). In the example if I want to switch from SAR to IR, I need to follow the switch lever with the mouse, it's not easy. I think it would be both more comfortable and more realistic to increase this clickable area (in red). In the A-10C the switches are easier to manipulate (the pivot is clickable, otherwise the clickable area is similar to the MiG's): Edited July 9, 2015 by PiedDroit
Goldsmack Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I second this!, with allot of practice this becomes slightly less of a problem but it is still extremely difficult to throw switches in the cockpit, especially when you are yanking and banking in dogfight or other high stress situation.
