lua documentation

Isn't there any proper documentation about lua files for modders? I'm just trying to make indicators as viewports for specific planes so that I could put my second display in use and its pretty difficult since instructions vary and are outdated.

Other than the dev blog post on Export.lua and the mission scripting documentation, I am not aware of any documentation from ED about "lua files for modders" (besides the occasional few comments sprinkled throughout the Lua files themselves).

 

However, as far as I know the post linked in my signature, How to export CMSP, RWR, etc. through MonitorSetup.lua, is still up-to-date.
