Need instructions to add User files to DCS World

I downloaded the "User" files for the English Cockpit conversion for the Fw-190D.

I am drawing a blank on installation. Since I am a beginner could you briefly describe what I do with the compressed folder once it is downloaded? My ver. of DCS World is (1.2.16.39472.729).

Missions (.miz files) go in USER/Saved Games/DCS/Missions
