VAICOM: F-15C profile

For VAICOM 1.1 a new profile was made available for use with the F-15C.

For those not yet familiar with VAICOM: it is a tool for menu-free AI communications using voice recognition.

It does away with the need for going step-by-step through comms menus,

adding to immersion and realism.

VAICOM 2.0 for VoiceAttack has been released with complete support for the F-15C.
