SY_KO Posted May 24, 2006 Share Posted May 24, 2006 I recieved my Gold pack earlier this week and promtly installed. All went well upto the point of patching the game upto 1.12a. When I try run the patch.... "LO_Flaming_Cliffs_Patch_1.12a_EngCD"..... I hit the Install button and i get the error..... "Error ocurred during installation. Error code is 2. Setup not complete" Ive tried downloading patches from different sources, reinstalling LO and restarting after each installation but nothing works. The game at version 1.1 runs fine. I can fly away to my hearts content but I just cant get this thing to patch :cry: Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I received an email from ED today with a link to a modified patch for getting round the error 2 thing. Send them an email and they will send you a link with a username and password. andyfoot Posted May 26, 2006 Share Posted May 26, 2006 Just downloaded and ran the new patch (think it came out today), tried to run it to have two versions of FC (1.1 & 1.12) and it wouldn't complete, so ran it to just upgrade to 1.12 and it worked a treat.
