F-86F Complete Checklists

I've often heard it takes a minimum of 40 hours to fully understand the quirks of an airplane, and these last few months flying the F-86F have been great fun.

 

I am linking, for the DCS F-86F flying community, a checklist that I've put together which contains a full set of condensed normal and emergency procedures derived from the Air Force F-86F flight handbook. I've arranged it to emphasize good organized cockpit flow, stripped out some elements that are not relevant to flight simulation, added other useful gotcha items, meanwhile ensuring that certain steps are performed in their proper sequence. Also included is an airspeed quick reference for various flight conditions and emergency conditions.

 

The PDF is meant to be printed single sided, two pages per sheet, in a horizontal page order. Cutting the printed pages in half (and some minor trimming) allows them to be inserted into a 10 sheet 5.5 x 8.5 bound sheet protector, which I've found to handle real aircraft checklists quite nicely. The ones I use are Staples branded, which can also be found through Amazon.
