Well, first you've acquired one of the #%$est sticks available :)

You may try deleting Saitek calibration info from the Windows registry. Try searching for my posts on the subject. If the workaround doesn't work, you should return the stick. A reminder: most autocalibrating sticks get calibrated at system startup or at USB plugging. Wack the stick before you boot your system so it settles freely. Then start your system. Note that when you put your hand on the stick your hand is going to throw it off the center so you might want to boot your system with your hand on the stick, however weird it may sound.

HOW did you sort it out?

Give the stick a good wiggle in circles an then let it centre its self unplugged it reset my computer then plugged it back in seems fine for a while then have to unplug it again so its sort of sorted but it will do till i can get a Hotas

That's more like it.

If it the calibrated center point drifts within few minutes or even hours, you should return it.

Have you tried keeping the stick 5 deg opposite to the direction of the calibration drift? Maybe it could compensate for the culprit.
