Where can I get Glowing Amraams Editing Programs.

Hi All, I am very impressed with some of the work by Glowing Amraam and everyone on movies, and am considering dabbling in them myself. WHere can I find the programs he uses? Its Fraps, and Vegas 6.0d I think. I have never heard of these programs, but I am keen to makes some flicks.

 

CHeers, any help and direction is apprecated.

If you google for them, you'll find them fast, but only trial versions. Full versions you'll have to buy. Fraps is used for recording and Vegas for editing movies. I sugest that you take trial of Fraps and use windows movie maker (built in windows) for editing to start with.

Capture with fraps: www.fraps.com (Basically, WYSIWYG tool, but be sure to not run anything else aside from fraps and Lock On while recording).

 

Editing is best done in Vegas: http://www.sonymediasoftware.com/products/vegasfamily.asp

 

It's a powerful tool that you can easily learn on a bsic level, but still come back to even as a pro. It's more complex than Windows Movie Maker, but you'll certainly enjoy the benefits when in time, you master them. I'm sure you could find a better bargain on Vegas 5 (6 being the newest version) if you search online. Just a thought...
