• Did fresh install of Windows 10.
  
• Downloaded DCS 1.5 via torrent.
  
• Installed DCS 1.5
  
• Tried to start DCS via shortcut 'DCS World OpenBeta'
  
• Got the missing 'MSVCR120.dll' message.
  

Did go to site 'Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013'

clicked the download button.

Chose only the 'vcredist_x64.exe'

installed it....and ....Yessss !! DCS 1.5 is operating again, without any error.
