Su-25t repair Open Beta v1.5 bug?

I have noticed that after repairing the aircraft (tried offline and online) the flaps remain stuck at the fully extended position, the taxi/landing lights will stop working and the nav lights only work as on or off loosing the blinking option.

 

Is this a known issue?

I've had a similar issue with damaged gear and airbrakes. Both were not fixed after ground crew complied with repair request.
